1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into an agreement with us for solar installation or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

We provide the following categories of services:

• On Grid, Off Grid, and Hybrid solar system design and installation.
• Site assessment, consultation, and customized system recommendations.
• EV charging solutions.
• Ongoing system monitoring, maintenance, and after-sales support.

Service availability may vary based on your emirate, site conditions, and applicable regulatory or utility requirements (including those set by DEWA, ADDC/EAD, or other relevant local authorities).

3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Quotes provided through our website, EMI Calculator, or Solar Calculator are estimates only and are subject to change following a formal site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written agreement before installation begins, and will be stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms, including any advance, milestone, or instalment-based payments, will be outlined in that agreement.

4. Installation & Timelines

Installation timelines depend on factors such as site readiness, permit and utility approvals, material availability, and weather conditions. We will provide an estimated timeline at the time of agreement, but dates are not guaranteed and may be adjusted where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require it.

5. Warranty & Maintenance

Solar equipment supplied through us is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship related to our installation is covered under our own service warranty, the specific terms of which will be detailed in your installation agreement. Warranty coverage may be void if equipment is modified, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorized third parties.

6. Government Incentive Schemes

Where applicable, we assist customers with documentation for relevant UAE renewable energy incentive or net-metering programs (such as those offered through DEWA, ADDC/EAD, or other emirate-level utility and regulatory bodies). Approval, eligibility, and disbursement of any incentive is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority, and we do not guarantee eligibility, approval, or disbursement timelines.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate site information and access for assessment and installation.
• Obtain any approvals or permissions required from your building owner, developer, or the relevant local authority.
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• Maintain the installed system as per the usage guidelines provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Photon Powers Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, equipment performance, grid outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Photon Powers Enterprises unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services if payment obligations are not met or if these Terms are otherwise breached.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
